JOB PURPOSE: The Key Account Manager will be responsible for taking ownership of building, maintaining, and strengthening relationships with our key clients across Europe, acting as their primary trusted point of contact and partner. This role requires an ability to shape commercial strategy, identify new business opportunities to expand our market position, and deliver tailored solutions to drive growth for both the client and our company by ensuring long-term partnership, satisfaction, and business growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive sustainable revenue and market share growth for PHINIA across the defined international strategic account portfolio, with a strong focus on pan-regional business development.
- Act as the primary global interface for key accounts, ensuring strong alignment and close collaboration with local Key Account Managers and regional commercial teams.
- Develop and execute global strategic account plans aligned with regional and local business objectives, identifying new business opportunities, white spaces, and profitable growth levers across markets.
- Lead regular executive and operational business reviews with strategic customers in coordination with local and regional teams, strengthening long-term partnerships and global account consistency.
- Conduct ongoing competitive benchmarking and performance analysis across markets to identify margin expansion opportunities and support continuous commercial improvement.
- Coordinate international commercial initiatives and brand development activities, ensuring effective execution through regional structures and local KAM teams.
- Own and implement pricing strategies and business cases in line with HQ guidance, working closely with regional and local teams to ensure market relevance and disciplined execution.
- Oversee and drive New To Range (NTR) and range coverage communication in partnership with marketing, regional teams, and local KAMs to maximize customer adoption.
- Champion customer engagement and satisfaction globally, proactively addressing risks and unlocking value-creation opportunities in cooperation with regional and local stakeholders.
