Job Purpose

Manager, Program Management Office & Change Management

Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Global Program Management Director, has management responsibility for the tools and processes required for the Plant Program management teams to be successful in Program Management (PM) and Change Management (CM).
  • Manage the Program Support Office and CM teams, with regular 1-1 or staff meetings, establishing Performance Objectives and regular reviews.
  • Responsible for developing and facilitating appropriate PM and CM training for the Plant PM/Regional PM teams.
  • Schedules, prepares and facilitates Regional Quarterly Global PM reviews, with Flawless Launch, AR Alert and CM Dashboard information.
  • Works in conjunction with the AFM and regional teams to refine and improve the PM and CM processes and systems, keeping the EOS system up to date.
  • Works with the plants to continually improve the CM performance, especially for underperforming plants.
  • Works in conjunction with the Global PM Director to develop and maintain a structure to talent/skills assessment, management, gap closure and training within the program management team.
  • Ownership of the global program management toolset and the yearly Roadmap for improvements for both Program and Change Management.
  • Determining the appropriate Program Management Tool for PHINIA usage, maintaining licenses and securing proper budget. Migrate previous data if required to new system.
  • Working with IT to move the global time booking from Project Online/Server to an application to be determined.
  • Ensuring the PMO has an appropriate set of quality documentation and can meet audit requirements.
  • Ensuring, with the Project Support Office team, that all the necessary reporting is being kept up to date by the PM teams.
  • Work with the Regional and Plant Program Management teams to support the development of common practices and procedures across the regions.
  • Compile (with Plant PM support) and distribute monthly reports for Red Project and Appropriation Request status.
  • Integrate and train new plants on PHINIA PM and CM processes.

  • Well organized, dynamic and able to deal with multiple priorities/critical topics.
  • Minimum 5 years of program management experience.
  • Disciplined, adaptable and self-driven.
  • Must be a team player with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Advanced working knowledge of PDP process.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Communication skills - Ability to communicate at all levels in the organization.
