PHINIA is seeking an S&OP Lead to drive production planning, scheduling, and inventory accuracy at the Stonehouse site. You will lead cross-functional S&OP processes, coordinate with manufacturing, logistics, and sales, and ensure on-time shipments while optimizing capacity and materials availability. In this role, you will manage ERP data, monitor demand versus supply, and drive continuous improvement in build plans, loading, and build-to-stock processes to support PHINIA’s manufacturing.
