The predicted salary is between 25000 - 32000 £ per year.

Managing inbound customer enquiries from the website and the main sales/marketing email inbox.

Ensure inbound calls are answered in a timely manner.

Responding to customer queries from our global distributors, including providing accurate and productive information.

Processing customer orders and ensuring they are input in a timely manner.

Liaise with Supply Chain and Logistics to advise customers on availability & lead times.

Monitor orders on the system and ensure customers are kept informed on progress.

Provide telephone and admin support for members of the sales team.

Reporting figures for management.

General office & site engagement co-ordination when required.

Assisting the senior management team members/other departments with ad-hoc project/tasks when necessary.

  • Experience in customer service and sales order processing.
  • Excellent communication skills, including articulate telephone manner and written communication.
  • Highly accurate when inputting information.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Language skills are desirable but not essential.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills.
  • Self-starting and resilient with the ability to make progress.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Confident in making decisions.
