JOB PURPOSE

To support the end‑to‑end product development and category management process by coordinating sample procurement, maintaining accurate product data and documentation, and ensuring smooth cross‑functional collaboration. This role contributes to effective planning, timely product introduction, and informed decision‑making through organized workflows, budget tracking, and preparation of performance reports and insights.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Order, track, and coordinate delivery of product samples required for development and validation.
  • Ensure prioritisation of sample requests and support planning and monitoring of the samples budget.
  • Assist with maintaining product category data, documentation, and internal trackers.
  • Support new‑to‑range processes and product introduction activities.
  • Support with the preparation of reports and presentations on category performance, including sales trends, market coverage, and competitor insights.
  • Organise files, maintain shared folders, and keep category and product development trackers up to date.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, product, logistics) to ensure smooth execution of category tasks and sample‑related workflows.
  • Provide general administrative support to the category and product development team.
