Develop and maintain the company’s Health & Safety Management System in line with ISO 45001 and legal requirements.
Conduct risk assessments, audits, and inspections to identify hazards and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Manage COSHH compliance, including chemical risk assessments, safe storage, and employee training.
Ensure compliance with Explosive Atmospheres Regulations (ATEX/DSEAR), including risk assessments and control measures.
Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis, ensuring lessons learned are communicated and applied.
Deliver training and awareness programs to promote a strong safety culture.
Lead site emergency preparedness procedures, including ensuring adequate fire marshals and first aiders.
- Good understanding of general Health and Safety requirements
