Job Purpose
Manager, Program Management Office & Change Management
Key Responsibilities
- Report to the Global Program Management Director and oversee the tools and processes critical for Plant Program Management teams.
- Manage the Program Support Office and CM teams, conducting regular 1‑1 or staff meetings, establishing performance objectives and conducting reviews.
- Develop and facilitate appropriate Program Management and Change Management training for Plant PM/Regional PM teams.
- Schedule, prepare, and facilitate Regional Quarterly Global PM reviews, presenting Flawless Launch, AR Alert, and CM Dashboard information.
- Collaborate with AFM and regional teams to refine and improve PM and CM processes and systems, keeping the EOS system up to date.
- Work with plants to continually improve CM performance, particularly for underperforming plants.
- Collaborate with the Global PM Director to develop and maintain a structure for talent/skills assessment, management, gap closure, and training within the program management team.
- Own the global program management toolset and yearly roadmap for improvements for both Program and Change Management.
- Determine appropriate PM tools for PHINIA usage, maintain licenses, secure proper budget, and migrate data to new systems if required.
- Coordinate with IT to transition global time booking from Project Online/Server to a new application.
- Ensure the PMO has appropriate quality documentation and meets audit requirements.
- Ensure, with the Project Support Office team, that all necessary reporting is kept up to date by PM teams.
- Collaborate with regional and plant Program Management teams to support development of common practices and procedures across regions.
- Compile and distribute monthly reports for Red Project and Appropriation Request status with Plant PM support.
- Integrate and train new plants on PHINIA PM and CM processes.
