We are currently recruiting experienced Support Staff with a valid Team Teach qualification to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Wood Green to work in their SEMH provision.
The Role
- Providing 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with identified needs, helping them to access learning and develop social and emotional skills.
- Using de-escalation strategies and Team Teach principles to manage challenging behaviour safely and effectively.
- Supporting teaching staff in implementing personalised learning and behaviour support plans.
- Promoting inclusion and helping pupils build positive relationships with their peers.
- Contributing to a nurturing, consistent, and structured classroom environment.
