This is a full-time position supporting a young child with significant behavioural and learning needs. The successful candidate will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver tailored support both in and out of the classroom. The role involves managing challenging behaviour, helping to de-escalate situations when necessary, and offering consistent emotional and academic support.
