Are you passionate about supporting young children in their early development? We are looking for caring, enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistants to join a range of nurseries, primary schools and early years settings.

The Role

  • Support children aged 0–5 with their learning, development and wellbeing.
  • Supporting children's learning through play and engaging activities.
  • Assisting with the delivery of the EYFS curriculum.
  • Supporting children's personal, social and emotional development.
  • Helping children develop communication, language and early learning skills.
  • Building positive relationships with children and families.
  • Supporting children's care, hygiene and wellbeing needs.
  • Creating a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
  • Observing and recording children's progress.
  • Working collaboratively with teachers and early years professionals.
