We are currently recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to join the Secondary Phase of a dynamic and inclusive all-through Academy in Harrow.
The Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting students with a range of Special Educational Needs and behavioural needs, helping them to stay focused in lessons, complete tasks, and manage their emotions positively. You will work mainly with Key Stage 3 pupils, providing one-to-one and small group support that makes a real difference to their learning experience. You will work closely with class teachers and the school’s SENCo and will receive ongoing training and support to help you develop your skills.
