We have a part-time opportunity for an experienced Year 3 primary teacher to work at a lovely primary school in Putney from half term to the end of the academic year, Wednesday to Friday.
The Role
This position is for a part-time Year 3 class teacher, starting in February, taking over an engaged and settled class. Pupils are enthusiastic and working across a range of abilities, with clear differentiation already embedded in planning to ensure all children access the curriculum and make strong progress. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching across all subjects, assessing learning, and maintaining a positive, structured classroom environment.
You will work alongside experienced teachers in the key stage, as well as supportive teaching assistants, with regular opportunities for shared planning and collaboration.
The school are looking for a teacher who:
- has the ability to demonstrate consistently good or outstanding teaching;
- has good knowledge and experience teaching the KS2 curriculum and phonics;
- has experience supporting pupils with SEND;
