About the Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of the classroom, helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment. Your day might include:
- Supporting whole-class learning
- Working with small groups or providing 1:1 support
- Keeping pupils motivated, focused, and confident
- Assisting teachers with dynamic, day-to-day classroom activities
You may also have the chance to support pupils with additional needs, including SEND - an excellent way to broaden your skills and experience across different settings.
