Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for delivering high-quality PE lessons across the primary age range, planning engaging activities that develop pupils’ physical skills, fitness, and understanding of healthy lifestyles.
- The successful candidate will work closely with class teachers and school leaders to promote participation in sport, organise extracurricular activities, and contribute to the wider life of the school.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Has experience teaching PE within a primary setting.
- Can deliver engaging and inclusive lessons across a range of sports and activities.
- Has high expectations for participation, behaviour and achievement.
- Is enthusiastic, organised and able to motivate young learners.
- Can contribute to extracurricular clubs, competitions and sporting events.
