The Role
As a KS2 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning to pupils in Key Stage 2, supporting their academic progress, personal development, and preparation for the next stage of their education. You will:
- Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and well-structured KS2 lessons in line with the national curriculum
- Differentiating teaching to meet the needs of all learners, including pupils with SEND and higher attainers
- Prepare pupils effectively for statutory assessments where appropriate
- Create a positive, inclusive, and motivating classroom environment
- Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
- Contribute positively to the wider school community and uphold school values
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or significant teaching experience within UK primary schools
- Experience teaching in Key Stage 2
