We are currently looking for a class teaching assistant to join a really lovely school in Wandsworth to work with children in KS1 starting in September.
The Role
The school are looking for a class teaching assistant to work within KS1. You will be based within the classroom providing learning support to pupils working at all levels. You will lead small groups in reading, literacy and maths as directed by the class teacher. Your role will include supporting the teachers with administrative duties, preparing lessons and activities and covering break duties.
The school are interested in applications from experienced teaching assistants with excellent literacy and numeracy skills and a good understanding of Phonics. This Class Teaching Assistant position is to start in September and will continue for the academic year.
