Behaviour Mentors – Full‑time
Location: SEMH school, Hackney
Start: September 2026
Pay: £80 – £95 per day
Responsibilities
- Provide 1‑to‑1 and small‑group support for pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
- Work with students attending the pupil referral unit who have been permanently excluded from mainstream settings, helping them to improve emotional well‑being and learning progress.
Qualifications and Experience
- Ideal candidates have a background in youth work or sports coaching.
- You should maintain high expectations, demonstrate a positive and resilient approach, build relationships, and de‑escalate challenging situations.
