We are currently recruiting qualified Secondary Teachers and Support staff to work in secondary schools across West London. Philosophy Education is a specialist education recruitment company for teachers and support staff in London. Our highly experienced team are able to support teachers to find the work that they are looking for and are able to offer flexible and part-time work as well as full-time roles.
We offer short-term cover work as well as long-term and permanent teaching roles across all key stages. Alongside class teachers, we also recruit experienced teachers for non-classroom-based intervention and specialist subject teaching positions and senior leadership roles. We have both full-time and part-time positions available. We pay to scale for all long-term positions.
All staff are required to complete our full registration process in line with 'DfE Keeping Children Safe in Education' guidance. Philosophy Education offer phone/video registrations to allow you to complete paperwork and speak to our experienced team from home.
