We are currently recruiting on behalf of a college in Tottenham for an experienced and organised Exam Officer to join their team as soon as possible. This is a full-time position working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, based at the college’s Tottenham Centre. The successful candidate will ideally start on Monday 11th May, or as soon as possible thereafter.

Main Duties
- Using the exams database to prepare and collate exam packs
- Booking exams with awarding organisations
- Organising and running specific on-site exams at the Tottenham Centre
- Assisting with GCSE preparation
- Providing administrative support and carrying out duties associated with the Exam Officer role
Requirements
- Previous experience within examinations administration or a similar education-based environment
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service
- Ability to provide 2 employment references covering the last 2 years of work history
