We are seeking a dedicated Early Years Qualified Teaching Assistant to join a specialist school that provides an inclusive, nurturing, and supportive environment for pupils with complex learning needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with the class teacher and SEN staff to deliver tailored learning and care to children aged 3–7.
Provide one-to-one and small-group support, encouraging engagement, progress, and independence.
Use Early Years expertise to contribute to the planning and delivery of creative, play-based learning activities.
Support personal care and social development, ensuring a safe and positive environment for every child.Requirements:

A recognised Early Years qualification (Level 2 or Level 3 minimum).
Previous experience supporting children with SEN/complex needs (desirable).
A compassionate, resilient, and proactive approach.
