A nurturing and inclusive early years setting in central London is seeking a dedicated and qualified Level 3 Early Years Educator to join their team from September 2025. This is a full-time, term-time position running Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm.

The Role

You will be working as part of a supportive team, helping to create a safe, engaging, and stimulating learning environment for children aged 2–5. Your responsibilities will include:
• Supporting the planning and delivery of high-quality early years provision
• Assisting with assessments, observations, and learning journals
• Promoting children\’s personal, social, and emotional development
• Working in partnership with parents and carers to support each child\’s individual needs
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and inclusive learning space

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (e.g., CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent)
• Experience working in an early years setting
