Philosophy Education is a specialist education recruitment company for teachers and support staff in London. Our highly experienced team can support teachers in finding the work they are looking for, offering flexible and part-time work as well as full-time roles. We provide short-term cover work as well as long-term and permanent teaching roles across all key stages.
Alongside class teachers, we also recruit experienced teachers for non-classroom-based intervention, specialist subject teaching positions, and senior leadership roles. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, and we pay to scale for all long-term positions.
All staff are required to complete our full registration process in line with 'DfE Keeping Children Safe in Education' guidance. Philosophy Education offers phone/video registrations to allow you to complete paperwork and speak to our experienced team from home.
