We are a welcoming and inclusive secondary school in Bexley seeking a committed, passionate and versatile Design Technology teacher to join our team on a full‑time contract, starting September 2026.

Responsibilities

  • Teach across a range of DT specialisms, including Woodwork, Textiles, Graphic Design, Food Technology and both practical and theory‑based lessons.
  • Engage students, foster creative thinking and develop practical skills.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to promote positive attitudes to learning and achievement.

Qualifications

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Has strong subject knowledge across Design Technology
  • Can confidently deliver both practical and theory lessons
  • Is passionate about creative and hands‑on learning
