We are seeking an experienced Exams, Systems and Data Manager to join a large Secondary Academy in the borough of Ealing on a temp – perm basis from September 26.
The role involves:
- Carrying out in-depth analysis throughout the year of attainment and progress.
- Producing staff, student, faculty and whole school timetables.
- Managing the school’s busy exams periods.
- Managing the school cover in line with the school’s covering staff absence policy.
- Supporting the Finance Manager in relation to the school’s census.
You will need to have excellent organisation and communication skills, be able to work effectively under pressure, and have the ability to meet tight deadlines.
This role is available with a September start and is offered on a temp to perm basis.
The school is heavily oversubscribed and is rated outstanding by Ofsted. It is a calm and purposeful place where good manners and good behaviour are considered essential. Staff have high expectations for students and pupil behaviour is good. The senior leadership is committed to ensuring there is high-quality teaching in a safe and friendly environment.
