We are currently recruiting Cover Supervisors to join the Secondary Phase of a dynamic and inclusive Secondary School in Ealing. The school is seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals who can provide short-term classroom cover, with longer-term opportunities available for those able to commit to extended placements.
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
- Supervise whole classes during the short-term absence of teachers
- Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and ensure students remain engaged and on task
- Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
- Provide feedback to teaching staff on student progress and behaviour
The ideal candidates will have previous experience working with young people in a school or community setting and will be confident managing a classroom independently while maintaining a positive and productive learning environment.
