A large and welcoming mainstream primary academy in Edgware is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with Special Educational Needs from September 2026.
The school has multiple opportunities within its SEN provision, supporting pupils predominantly in EYFS and KS1. Pupils present with a range of needs including autism, non-verbal communication, ADHD, and complex learning difficulties. Some children will already have established support plans, while others will be newly admitted and undergoing assessment.
You will be based primarily within the SEN room, working closely with class teachers and the SENCo to provide tailored 1:1 support and deliver targeted interventions for individuals and small groups. The school is particularly interested in candidates with previous SEN experience, especially in speech and language support.
This is a full-time role starting in September 2026 and continuing through to July 2027.
