Philosophy Education is recruiting a caring SEND Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Croydon for September 2026.
This is a full-time, long-term role providing dedicated 1:1 support for a Year 1 pupil with Down syndrome.
The successful candidate will work closely with the class teacher, SENDCO and external professionals to implement the pupil's support plan, helping them access learning, build independence and thrive socially and academically.
