Philosophy Education is recruiting a dedicated 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to support a pupil with complex needs.

This role offers a long-term, flexible supply arrangement with September 2026 starts and competitive pay.

You will work closely with teachers, SENCOs and families to enable access to learning, develop independence and build confidence, with personal care support where required.
