SEND Teaching Assistant

Erith, South East LondonStart Date: November 2025Contract: Full-Time, Long-Term

We are currently recruiting a dedicated and proactive SEND Teaching Assistant within a vibrant and inclusive primary school in Erith, starting this November.

The Role:

In this SEN Teaching Assistant role, you will work alongside the class teacher to deliver tailored interventions, support the assessment of students and maintain a safe and positive environment.

You will play a key role in helping SEND pupils access learning across the curriculum.

The School is Looking for an SEND Teaching Assistant who:

  • Ideally has an Early Years qualification and/or supporting teaching and learning qualification.
  • MUST have TA experience in a primary or early years setting
  • Is confident delivering small-group or one-to-one interventions.
  • Demonstrates a patient, empathetic, and flexibleapproach.
  • Is committed to inclusive education and promoting pupil independence.
