Philosophy Education is seeking experienced SEND/SEMH Teaching Assistants to support pupils with additional learning and emotional needs across South East London and Kent. You will work 1:1 or in small groups, implementing IEPs and behaviour strategies in collaboration with teachers and pastoral staff.
We welcome applicants with a background in mainstream or specialist SEND settings and a compassionate, patient approach to safeguarding and inclusive education.
