The Role In this role you will be supporting a pupil in year 1 with Special Educational Needs. The child has autism and will need support with their behaviour as well as academic activities in the classroom. The child can display challenging behaviour and regularly runs out of class. You must be fit and able to support the child when they run out of class. You will need to be confident to de-escalate situations and remove the child in order to calm down situations.
