In this role you will be supporting secondary aged students with additional learning needs. You will work closely with the student and the school and are looking for someone who has a calm nature, very patient and personal. You will be supporting them across a range of academic lessons. You should have a calm and consistent approach and be committed to supporting pupils to make progress and overcome learning barriers.

If you have experience working with Autism, SEMH, Speech and Language or MLD then this is an advantage but not necessarily needed for this role as it is a general secondary role. You will work closely with the SENDCO and subject teachers, providing assessments and reports. This role is offered on a full-time or part-time daily basis.
