- 7.30am – 4.30pm Monday to Friday (term time only)

A large, well-organised school in Camden is looking for an experienced administration officer to join their team on a full-time basis. The school are offering the role as a contract basis initially, but are looking for a permanent member of the team.
Please note we are only able to accept applications from administrators with a minimum of 1 years' experience working in a school office.
Job role
In this role you will work closely with the School Business Manager, to support the effective management of school administrative systems, including monitoring and reviewing the school’s systems and procedures. You will also undertake other professional duties, as delegated by the Headteacher.
As the school administration officer your role will include duties in all the following areas:
- Admissions
- Pupil attendance and punctuality
- Staff attendance
- Finance
- Data management
- Orders
- General administration
