The Role

Responsibilities include:

    • Supporting pupils in English, Maths, and foundation subjects.
    • Working with individuals and small groups to reinforce learning.
    • Helping pupils develop confidence and independence within the classroom.
  • Special Educational Needs (SEN)
    • Providing additional support for children with Autism (ASC), ADHD, Speech and Language needs, and other additional learning needs.
    • Building positive relationships with pupils.
    • Supporting emotional regulation and positive behaviour.
