A lovely secondary school in Tonbridge are looking for a qualified/unqualified PE Teacher with Cricket specialism to join their staff team on a full-time supply basis in March 2025.
The Role
In this role you will be teaching PE across Key stage 3 and Key stage 4 to all pupils. All pupils undertake weekly PE lessons across a range of indoor and outdoor sports and fitness activities. The school have a holistic approach for PE lessons to improve students' health and wellbeing and to encourage students to become physically competent and to promote a lifelong healthy approach to fitness.
You should have a good understanding of the PE national curriculum and be able to teach pupils at all ability levels. You will work within a small, dedicated PE teaching team and should have an engaging teaching approach, strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire pupils.
The school are open to applications from both qualified and unqualified teachers with previous experience teaching in a secondary school or academy.
