You will provide on-call support across the school day, calmly de-escalating incidents, helping students regulate emotions, and reintegrating them back into lessons quickly. Experience with SEN or SEMH is preferred, and candidates should be calm under pressure, professional, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
