A welcoming primary school in Lewisham is looking for a trained primary teacher to join their school on a full-time basis for the Summer term. The school is looking for an experienced primary teacher or a confident ECT who has taught in KS1.

The Role

In this role, you will take on full-time class teaching responsibilities in Year 2. You will need to be able to quickly establish positive relationships with a range of pupils and manage the classroom effectively. The class is settled and working at a good level but requires a dedicated teacher to support them until the end of the academic year and through national testing in the summer term. You will work closely within the year group team to share planning and support during assessment and year group events. There are pupils with Special Educational Needs in the class, and you will be supported by experienced Teaching Assistants.
