Job role
In this role you will work closely with the School Business Manager, to support the effective management of school administrative systems, including monitoring and reviewing the school’s systems and procedures.
You will also undertake other professional duties, as delegated by the Headteacher.
As the school administration officer your role will include duties in all the following areas:
- General administration
- Answering the Phones
- Managing the doors
- Taking Payments
- Data management
- Managing room bookings
- General administration
