We are recruiting on behalf of a Further Education provider for an experienced Health & Social Care Lecturer to deliver BTEC Level 3 Year 2 Health & Social Care at their King's Cross campus.

Location: Kings Cross

Hours per week: 23 hours per week

Days: Monday to Friday

Contract: Temporary

The Role

  • Deliver BTEC Level 3 Year 2 Health & Social Care, including:
  • Unit 8
  • Unit 9
  • Unit 10
  • Unit 17
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with awarding body requirements
  • Set, assess and mark coursework
  • Provide academic support and guidance to students
  • Maintain accurate assessment and learner progress records
  • Essential Requirements

    • A full teaching qualification (PTTLS, DTTLS, PGCE, AET, DET or equivalent)
    • Previous experience teaching Health & Social Care at college or sixth form level
    • Strong knowledge of BTEC assessment and coursework requirements
    • Ability to commit to a Monday–Friday timetable
    • All compliance and vetting documents ready
