The Role

The school is seeking a hard‑working, enthusiastic, and dedicated Engineering Teacher with a passion for the subject and the ability to engage and inspire students. You will be responsible for planning and delivering high‑quality lessons across Key Stage 3 – Key Stage 5, ensuring that all students make excellent progress and develop a love for Engineering.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning and delivering engaging, well‑structured lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
  • Assessing, tracking, and recording pupil progress to inform teaching and support individual learning needs.
  • Creating a stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and independent thinking.

This role is suitable for both experienced teachers and ECTs who are able to deliver lessons in KS3‑KS5. The role will include full planning and marking and is for the full academic year.
