We are currently recruiting for Early Career Teachers (ECT) to join welcoming and supportive primary schools in Hammersmith & Fulham from September. This is a fantastic opportunity to begin your teaching career in a school with a strong ECT programme, experienced leadership, and collaborative staff teams.
The Role
- Full class teaching responsibility
- Deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the national curriculum
- Assess, monitor, and support pupil progress
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Work closely with experienced teachers and mentors
The Ideal Candidate MUST have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) (or on track to achieve)
- A completed or soon-to-be-completed PGCE (Primary)
- Recent placement experience in a UK primary school
In addition, you will ideally have:
- A strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum
- Good classroom management skills
- A positive, proactive, and reflective approach
- A passion for teaching and early learning
