We are currentlylooking for a qualified Music Teacher to work one day (Thursdays) at a primary school in Lewisham to start ASAP for the whole academic year.

The Role

The school are seeking a passionate and committed music teacher to join their warm, supportive team and make a real difference totheir pupils’ learning.

They arelooking for someone who can foster a love of music by:

• teaching engaging, inclusive lessons that make music accessible and exciting for children from Nursery to Year 6.
• preparing pupils with confidence for concerts, assemblies and whole school events.
• leading hymn practice and developing the school choir
• contributing to the cultural life of the school with energy and imagination.

Thisis a very friendly, one form entry school situated on the borders of Lewisham and Beckenham. Situated within close proximity to the station and with on-street parking, this school is easily accessible by car and public transport. The school is a happy place where children are nurtured and loved within a caring and exciting Catholic environment.
