Join the team at a FE College as a Cookery Lecturer! This role is based in an Ofsted rated GOOD college that is known for its positive and bustling atmosphere. Key Responsibilities

  • Designing and delivering high-quality educational programmes in Cookery.
  • Providing support and guidance to students and addressing challenges (there are opportunities to become an Assessor too).
  • Integrating industry experience into teaching to offer practical insights.
  • Promoting College values and adhering to safeguarding policies.
  • Engaging in continuous professional development opportunities.

Requirements (Skills / Qualifications / Experience)

  • Must have experience across a range of paste products, breads, petit fours, biscuits, cakes and sponges, hot and cold desserts to a high industry standard as well as food safety.
  • Valuable experience in teaching or relevant industry expertise.
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine enthusiasm for education.
  • Commitment to promoting student welfare and fostering inclusivity.
