Our education recruitment agency is currently seeking a compassionate, dedicated and experienced Learning Support Assistant (LSA) with PEG feeding training to join a welcoming and highly supportive Special Educational Needs Academy located in the south of the Royal Borough of Kingston. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity starting in September 2026, continuing through to July 2027, with the potential to become a permanent position for the right candidate.
Working closely with teaching staff and therapists, you will play a vital role in supporting students with a range of additional learning needs, ensuring they are safe, engaged and able to achieve their full potential both academically and personally.
The Role As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
- Provide individual and small group support to students.
- Assist with personal care and PEG feeding as required.
- Collaborate with teachers to implement educational plans.
- Monitor and track student progress.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Salary: £92.60 - £105.00 per day (depending on experience and qualifications)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am – 4:00pm
