This is an exciting opportunity for a Computer Science specialist looking to join a supportive secondary school and inspire students through engaging and practical teaching.

The Role

As a Computer Science Teacher, you will deliver high-quality lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, supporting students to develop their knowledge of computing, programming and digital technologies. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Teaching Computer Science and Computing across KS3 and KS4
  • Planning and delivering engaging lessons
  • Supporting students with programming and computational thinking
  • Monitoring and assessing student progress
  • Maintaining high expectations for behaviour and achievement
  • Supporting students of varying abilities
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues across the department
  • Contributing to curriculum development and the wider school community
