We are currently looking for a caring and experienced 1:1 SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils across KS1 or KS2 with additional needs, including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and Dyslexia, in a primary school in Redbridge.
The Role
The school is seeking a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for pupils with a range of additional needs. The role involves supporting learning, emotional regulation, social development, and sensory needs, helping pupils to access the curriculum and engage positively in school life. You may work with pupils both in and outside of the classroom, following individualised support plans and adapting approaches to meet varying needs. The successful candidate will be patient, adaptable, and able to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families.
