The Role
The school is seeking a hard-working, enthusiastic, and dedicated Engineering Teacher with a passion for the subject and the ability to engage and inspire students. You will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality lessons across Key Stage 3 – Key Stage 5, ensuring that all students make excellent progress and develop a love for Engineering.
Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and delivering engaging, well-structured lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
- Assessing, tracking, and recording pupil progress to inform teaching and support individual learning needs.
- Creating a stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and independent thinking.
- Preparing students for GCSE examinations and supporting them in achieving their academic potential.
- Contributing to curriculum development and departmental initiatives within Engineering and design.

This role is suitable for both experienced teachers and ECTs who are able to deliver lessons in KS3-KS5. The role will include full planning and marking and is for the full academic year.
