We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and high-performing Sixth Form College seeking an organised and proactive
Examinations & MIS Assistant to join their busy Management Information Systems and Examinations team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator with strong attention to detail who enjoys working in a fast-paced education environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the administration and delivery of internal and external examinations.
- Maintain accurate student data on the college MIS system.
- Assist with ILR data returns and funding-related administration.
- Process exam entries, timetables, results and certificates.
- Provide administrative support to students and staff on exam and MIS queries.
- Ensure compliance with awarding body and JCQ regulations.
- The Ideal Candidate
- Previous administration experience within an education setting.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and Office.
- Experience using an MIS system (REMS or similar is desirable).
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
- High levels of accuracy, attention to detail and communication skills.
- Able to work collaboratively and adapt during busy exam periods.
