The Role

In this role you will be based in a specialist SEND class within a mainstream primary academy. The class consists of 12 students, aged 4 to 7 years (Reception to Year 3), all diagnosed with autism and non‑verbal, with daily personal care requirements. Some children may display complex behaviours. The school is looking for a resilient, calm, and compassionate professional who can remain composed and supportive in demanding situations.

Key Responsibilities
