Shifts: 8:00am-5:00pm or 9:00am–6:00pm

Are you a passionate Early Years Educator looking for a permanent nursery role?

We are working with a welcoming private nursery in Streatham that is looking for a passionate, caring and dedicated Level 3 Early Years Educator / Nursery Practitioner to join their team on a permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Early Years professional or a newly qualified Level 3 practitioner who is looking to build their career in a supportive nursery environment.

You will be working with children from babies through to 5 years old, helping to create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where every child can learn, grow and thrive.

About the Role

As a Level 3 Early Years Educator, you will play an important role in providing high-quality care and education while supporting children’s individual learning and development.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Planning and delivering fun, engaging and age-appropriate activities.
• Supporting children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS.
• Building warm, positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
• Supporting children’s personal, social and emotional development.
• Observing, assessing and recording children’s progress.
• Creating a safe, stimulating and inclusive nursery environment.
• Supporting children’s care, hygiene, health and wellbeing needs.
• Working closely with colleagues to provide consistent and high-quality care.
• Following nursery policies, safeguarding procedures and EYFS requirements.
• Helping children develop confidence, independence and a love of learning.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

• Level 3 qualified in Early Years Education or an equivalent qualification.
• Passionate about working with babies and young children.
• Warm, caring, patient and enthusiastic.
• Reliable, organised and professional.
• Confident communicating with children, parents and colleagues.
• A positive team player who is happy to get involved.
• Committed to providing excellent standards of childcare and education.
• Knowledgeable about the EYFS and safeguarding.
